Pricing Notes
We appreciate all that serve our community and country. We gladly offer 10% off the Facility Fee for all military and first responders.
Please note that Setup & Clean-up must be completed within the time frames listed. (Approximately 2 hours for Set-up time. The last hour designated for clean-up)
Additional hours may be purchased, restrictions apply. Please see below for rates.
All beverages must be purchased through Cielo.
A $1,000 booking fee & signed contract is required to secure date.
Special pricing is available for events booked within 90 days. Contact Cielo for details.
Ceremony Fee:
$700 (Not included in event, unless otherwise stated)
Includes an extra half-hour added to beginning of event and 1 hour rehearsal. Scheduled on availability.
Additional Hours:
$400/hour
Uplighting
$300 - Includes 12 lights that can be placed strategically throughout the room to add color enhancement to the space.
Facility Fee Includes:
Onsite Venue Manager
Glassware -Includes Both Table & Bar
Table Seating For Up To 350 Guests - 400 Theater
Private Dressing Suite & Lower Level Lounge
Use Of Gazebo & Outdoor Garden Area
5ft Round Tables & Banquet Chairs

Outdoor Patio Tables & Chairs
Use of Audio Equipment Including Wireless Microphones
Auxiliary Tables & Banquet Tables
Full facility fee is due 180 days prior to event.
Fee does not include:
Linens, China, Silverware, Caterers, Alcohol, and Miscellaneous Vendors
Holidays
New Year’s Eve is priced at Saturday peak rate.
All Holidays that fall on a Monday through Thursday will be priced at the Sunday rates.
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
