Meeting Space

Appointments

  • Yes. Appointments for tours are required so we can give you the personal attention we extend to all our guests and to avoid conflicts with other scheduled events.

Meeting Assistance

  • Cielo will help you create a floor plan specific to your event and will set up for your meeting prior to your arrival. Any items brought in for your meeting need to be set up and taken down during your rental timeframe. We will coordinate with your designated on-site point of contact for the meeting.

  • You will have access to Cielo at the beginning of your rental timeframe.

  • You are welcome to bring in food from a licensed establishment or have it delivered. We can set up an area and tables for food.

  • We provide 6’ and 8’ banquet tables with black linens and chairs. We also have 5’ round tables available if you would prefer but the linens would need to be provided by you or through our exclusive rental company. WIFI is also included with room rental.

  • We have a screen and projector available for $50 per meeting and a 55” TV/cart available for $25 per meeting. Meeting Room 3 has a fixed large screen TV/monitor that is included within the room rate.

  • We offer unlimited coffee, soft drinks, and juices for $10 per person upon request.

  • Parking is located directly outside a separate entrance into the meeting space.

Room Setup

  • Room set up will be done by your designated caterer and Cielo staff. Any special set up will be considered upon request.

Alcohol

  • No. Just like bars and restaurants, Cielo has a liquor license so no outside alcohol can be brought in. Cielo does have a great variety of beverage options and price ranges to choose from and can accommodate most special requests or needs. Cielo does not require a minimum purchase.
