Alcohol

No. Just like bars and restaurants, Cielo has a liquor license so no outside alcohol can be brought in. Cielo does have a great variety of beverage options and price ranges to choose from and can accommodate most special requests or needs. Cielo does not require a minimum purchase.
Appointments

Yes. Appointments for tours are required so we can give you the personal attention we extend to all our guests and to avoid conflicts with other scheduled events.
Event Assistance

We will help manage vendors and assist with building and beverage logistics. Cielo and your other vendors will communicate with your designated contact person for all operations during your event.

No. We feel that no two events or celebrations are the same and that you are best able to allocate your funds to those things that matter most to you. Our vendor list identifies options for providing most services needed for your event.

Yes. Cielo’s pre-approved caterers have been carefully screened to ensure the food and service meets your high expectations. Each caterer can provide a wide variety of options and pricing to fit every budget.
Coat Check

Cielo can arrange for a coat check but it is not required. Cielo is not responsible for self checked garments.
Decor

Open flames are permitted on tables in the Pine Room only but must be enclosed in glass, such as votive cups, hurricane lamps, or lanterns. For walkways, stairs, and outdoor décor, only flameless or LED/battery-operated candles are allowed.

Linens, chair covers, and place settings can be ordered by your caterer, or rented directly by you. All rentals must come from our exclusive rental company, Event Rents. Please see Vendors for contact info.
Hotel

We do not have a preference as to which hotels you choose to use, but our website does list hotels we have negotiated preferred rates with when you are booked with Cielo. We also recommend www.engagedsourcing.com to conveniently help you find the best hotel, for you and your event guests.
Pictures

For everyone's safety, Cielo requires pictures to be taken on designated walks and seating areas.

Yes, but please make an appointment with Cielo's staff beforehand. If the photographer has shot at Cielo previously, we find separate appointments are not necessary.
Room Setup

Room set up will be done by your designated caterer and Cielo staff. Any special set up will be considered upon request.
Sounds System/Music Entertainment

A DJ or Band is not required but is highly recommended. DJ’s provide several important services including a large music selection, seamless transitions, and master of ceremonies.

While our sound system is perfect for background music or ceremony music, we highly recommend hiring a professional DJ or band with high-quality sound equipment to ensure quality entertainment. We do provide microphones at no additional cost.

You can, but we do not advise relying on them for your event. Our sound system is only designed for speaking and background music. If you decide to use your own music player, we ask that you please designate someone to control the music for smooth transitions.
Valet Parking

We have suggested valet companies on our vendor list for you to contact directly if you feel you need valet for your event. Valet or transportation services will be required for events that exceed 250 guests.
