Cielo provides beverage service for your special event, offering a variety of options for you to choose from.
Our cheerful bar staff will assist your guests by serving the finest spirits. Open bars, hosted bars, and cash bars are available with many other beverage options to make your event extra special.

Open Bar Packages provide unlimited drinks to your guests including soft drinks.

Great for lower-level and outdoor events
All bars require staffing with Cielo's bartending staff. We require one bartender per 75 guests. Bartender fees are $220 per bartender for up to 8 hours. $27.50 per hour after 8 hours.
Bringing outside liquor in of any kind is strictly prohibited.
4% sales tax will be applied to Open Bar packages and Hosted Bar totals and a 21% service fee will be applied to all beverage services.
Colorado State Law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under 21 years of age; valid photo ID is required (state-issued, military, passport).
Cielo at Castle Pines will refuse service to intoxicated guests and to persons unable to provide valid identification.
Liquor shots of any kind are not served at Cielo.
Last call will be 45 minutes prior to the end of the event. Bar service will end 30 minutes prior to the end of event.
Special requests are based on distributor availability and Cielo’s approval.
