* Please note that set-up and clean-up must be completed within the time   frames listed (Approximately 2 hours for set-up time and the last hour   designated for clean-up).

Additional Guest Charge: Fees are based on 100 guests. For each additional guest over 100, there is a $6.50 set up charge per person. Fees are determined by the final number of guests the client requests set-up for. If actual attendance is exceeded, additional charges will apply.

Ceremony Fee:
$600 (Not included in event, unless otherwise stated)
Includes an extra 1/2 hour added to beginning of event and 1 hour rehearsal. Scheduled on availability.

Additional Hours Charge: $300/hour

Lower Level is rented on an hourly basis at: $300/hour
Can be used as additional space during a Main Floor event, for Cocktail Hour during Main Floor Set-up after the Ceremony, or Any Special Use. Can also be used for weekday meetings when there is no other event scheduled.

Facility Fee Includes:

* An onsite venue manager
* Glassware - includes both table and bar
* Seating for up to 400 guests
* Luxury Bride and Grooms rooms
* Use of mountain setting Gazebo
* 5 foot round tables and banquet chairs
* Customize floor plan
* Outdoor patio tables and chairs
* Use of audio equipment including wireless microphones
* Auxiliary tables - banquet tables
* Dance floor

** New Year’s Eve and Christmas Eve are Priced at Saturday Peak     Rates
